Product Review | Wet n Wild Petal Pusher Palette

Friday, April 17, 2015

To keep with the "affordable" palettes, this one is next level cheap. But don't let the price fool you! Much like their trios (which I mentioned in my Top 5 Under 5), Wet n Wild delivers with quality shadows at a ridiculously good price.

I thought I would showcase this bad boy because in the array of desirable palettes, these can get overlooked. It's all about balance giiiirl! Plus these shades are great for spring! Purple lovers rejoice, here is the Wet n Wild Petal Pusher palette :

I swatched them like I would any other palette, but you can easily build up the color. I just wanted to give reference as far as pigmentation. I still think the color pay off is impressive considering this is a $5 palette. Yes $5 for 8 eyeshadows! The shadows are also not too chalky and don't cause much fall out and the staying power is on point!

I do believe to a certain extent that "you get what you pay for" but the correlation isn't always fair. As in, yes the quality is inferior to high end, but HOLY SHIT! For a few bucks? It's like...Pick your battles. But I wouldn't exactly call this "settling".

If you're on a tight budget and/or experimenting with colors Wet n Wild is great way to go!

Bonus: Here's a little eye look I did using this palette
