Fall Makeup Look | Burgundy Grunge

Wednesday, October 14, 2015

Today's post is pretty straight forward! Posted this look on Instagram (again, if you don't follow, click here!) and the response was great so I figured I'd share it with you guys. Better quality and all the deets so you can recreate this look or maybe just use it as inspiration for your own thang. You do you boo!

I was inspired by all the pretty fall colors and the 90's trend so I'll just call this look "Burgundy Grunge" (all the details are listed below) :

Left to right : Chilly Chili, Golden Emerald, #Selfie, Girl's Night, Millenial, Chandelier, Central Perk, Supermodel
Step by Step:
  1. Start by priming your lids
  2. Apply Chandelier all over the lid as a base
  3. Sweep Millennial in the crease
  4. Apply Supermodel all over the lid
  5. Using a pencil brush and Central Perk, create an V shape in the outer edge of your lid connecting with the crease
  6. Slightly deepen the crease with Girl's Night to blend Central Perk & Millennial
  7. With a light hand go a bit above and around the crease with Millennial to soften the edges
  8. The easiest way to create your perfect wing is to extend the line of your lower lash. Without touching your lower lash line, drag your liquid liner along that line. Once you reach the outer corner of your eye use a quick flick motion to create a tiny wing. Connect that line to your upper lash line.
  9. Once you've guided your wing with the liquid liner, with an angled brush, go back over that line with Golden Emerald and drag it along the upper lash line.
  10. With a small pencil brush, drag Central Perk along your lower lash line.
  11. Use #Selfie on the brow bone to highlight
  12. Curl your lashes and add your favorite mascara
  13. Put on Chilly Chili or your favorite fall lippie and boom you're done!
